1. THESE TERMS

1.1 These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we supply products to you, whether these are products or services. These Terms apply to all users of the Grabadrinks Hong Kong website accessible at www.grabadrinks.com (the "Website").

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before you use our Website and/or submit your order requests to us. These Terms (together with the documents referred to on it, including our Privacy Policy) tell you who we are, how we will provide products or services to you, and what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US

2.1 The Website is operated by Grabadrinks, owned by High Point Asia Company ltd, ("Grabadrinks", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong.

3. ORDERS

3.1 Order requests. Once you placed an order request through our Website, it will be sent to us so that we can confirm our acceptance. Our acceptance of your order request will take place when we email or by WhatsApp you to accept it and thank you for your order, at which point an order confirmation will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order request. If we are unable to accept your order request, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery date request you have specified.

3.3 We only sell to Hong Kong. Our Website is solely for the promotion and sale of our products in Hong Kong. At this point in time, we do not accept orders from or make delivery to locations outside Hong Kong unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. Once we are ready to accept orders from outside of Hong Kong, we will inform our customers by making an announcement on our Website.

4. PRODUCTS

4.1 Images for reference only. The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. The vintage will be subjected to the stock availability.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery costs.Delivery is free-of-charge with purchase over HKD1,500. For order below HKD1,500 a delivery charge HKD200 will be applied.

5.2 Delivery area. We currently only offer delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (excluded Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Outlying Islands).

Delivery is also not available for Restricted Areas or locations outside of Hong Kong. If we are unable to arrange delivery to your location, Grabadrinks liability will be limited to refund the payment received only.

5.3 Delivery time. Typically, your purchase order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmed, depending on the delivery location. Purchase order will be delivered via courier on weekdays only (except on public holiday).

Online purchase order should be completed for delivery within 14 days from date of purchase. If over the designated period of delivery, your online purchase order will be cancelled and we will contact you by e-mail for the refund arrangement. lf your purchase order could not be completed within 1 week after date of purchase, and if there is no further arrangement could be reached, Grabadrinks should reserve the right to handle the purchased item(s) with its own absolute discretion without further notice. Delivery will be cancelled and re-arranged in case of typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm warning.

5.4 Change of delivery. Advance notice of 2 business days is required for any re-schedule of delivery date. Please email cs@grabadrinks.comor WhatsApp us 9012 6815 in advance for arrangement. Delivery address cannot be changed on the date of delivery (for example, the management office of the address, neighbourhood’s house). Should customer decided to have such address changes, advance notice of 2 business days is required.

6. EXCHANGE AND REFUND

6.1 We will not accept any exchange or refund. We shall have the final decision in case of any dispute as to the condition of the products.

7. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE ORDER

7.1 We may cancel the order at any time by writing to you if:

(a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due;

(b) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, your name or delivery address; or

(c) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us (or our delivery partner) to deliver the products to you.

7.2. If we cancel the order  in the situations set out in Clause 7.1. We will refund any money you have paid in advance for products.

8. PRICE AND PAYMENT

8.1 Price for the product. The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order request. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

8.2 When you must pay and how you must pay. You must make payment for products prior to us dispatching them to you. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, FPS and Cash in Bank. You hereby agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from submission of false or inaccurate information.

8.3 What to do if you think an invoice is wrong. In the event that you think an invoice provided by us is wrong please contact cs@grabadrinks.com or by whatapps 9012 6518

8.4 All product details, photos and prices are for reference only and subject to change without prior notice.

9. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU

9.1 Liability capped. Subject to the remaining terms of this contract and any applicable laws, our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the purchase of products and/or services under these Terms.

10. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

10.1 How we may use your personal information. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. This use will be supported by cookies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

10.2 If you establish an account on our Website. Please note that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should contact cs@grabadrinks.com immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if the password is being used in an unauthorized manner. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
