Delivery Policy

DELIVERY FEE
Delivery is free-of-charge with over HKD1,500. For order below HKD1,500 a delivery charge HKD200 will be applied.    

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently only offer delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (excluded Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Outlying Islands). Delivery is also not available for Restricted Areas or locations outside of Hong Kong.

Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, Grabadrinks liability will be limited to refund the payment received only.

DELIVERY TIME

Typically, your purchase order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmed (it will take 1-2 business days), depending on the delivery location.

Purchase order will be delivered via courier on week days only (except on public holiday).

Online purchase order should be completed for delivery within 14 days from date of purchase. If over the designated period of delivery, your online purchase order will be cancelled and we will contact you by e-mail for the refund arrangement. lf your purchase order could not be completed within 1 week  after date of purchase, and if there is no further arrangement could be reached, Grabadrinks should reserve the right to handle the purchased item(s) with its own absolute discretion without further notice. Delivery will be cancelled and re-arranged in case of typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm warning.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY

Advance notice of 2 business days is required for any re-schedule of delivery date. Please email cs@grabadrinks.comor WhatsApp us 9012 6815 in advance for arrangement. Delivery address cannot be changed on the date of delivery (for example, the management office of the address, neighbourhood’s house). Should customer decided to have such address changes, advance notice of 2 business days is required.
