"YASO SPIRITS” is made by fermenting 80 kinds of raw materials, mainly wild plants, and distilling the alcohol produced in the enzyme production process. “YASO GIN” is distilled by adding another 20 botanicals.

 

It is a completely new alcoholic beverage with the power of plants, created from 80 (YASO) wild plants and other ingredients.

 

"Mugwort” is also known as "the king of wild plants”. “YASO SPIRITS” is a distilled liquor made by fermenting and maturing 80 kinds of raw materials, mainly high-quality mugwort that grows naturally in the Joetsu region of Niigata Prefecture, in ceramic vessels over a period of one year, and then extracting the alcohol content. Seventy percent of the ingredients are wild plants such as mugwort, turmeric, heartleaf, lotus leaf, and ginseng, and the rest are fruits such as apple and grape, vegetables such as ginger, and seaweed, which are distilled from a base of 80 ingredients. The result is a liquor with the aroma of wildflowers and a smooth texture.
