Fleur de Mons is the second wine from Château La Tour de Mons, Cru Bourgeois Margaux. Château La Tour de Mons is a single plot vineyard located in the northern part of the Margaux appellation, on the left bank of the Garonne, as the best Médoc Crus. The origins of the chateau date back to the 13th century. One of its distinguished owners was Pierre de Mons, who purchased the property in 1623 and gave it his name. The estate belonged to his family until the end of the 20th century. Since the 1990s, the new owners of the castle have implemented a large renovation program: building a new vineyard and an air-conditioned cellar, running the vineyard in a sustainable ecological balance.

A wine with intense color and fruity aromas with notes of red fruits and spices. On the palate, pleasant, sweet accents and great harmony, showing a fresh structure and silky tannins.

Recommended with beef and mature cheeses.
