Alcohol: 13%
Origin:  Haut- Medoc 
The harvest is done by hand and carried out with great care. A long maceration is applied for about 3 months. The chateau has a well-insulated and modern chai, well-maintained stainless steell, thermo-regulated wine barrels during the alcoholic fermentation processes.The Haut-Medoc of Brousseau is raised for at least 12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new wood.
Tasting note: The first drink is subtle, nicely balanced with hints of red fruit and nice tannins in the background as support. The wine has a brilliant brilliant color, a feast for the eyes. The wine goes well with red meat, game, cold cuts, poultry and cheese.
