The undeniable aromaticity of the Moscato grape finds its maximum expression in the “Tenuta Del Fant”. This wine is born from the assembly of 100% Moscato Bianco grapes from the estate vineyards located in the heart of the Moscato d'Asti Docg: the Canelli Docg, a new denomination born with the 2023 vintage. The particular composition of the soils, rich in limestone, medium depth with a high percentage of sand and silt, give the wine a great structure and intense aromatic aromas of great finesse. On the palate it is pleasantly sweet, rich and creamy with an effervescence that enhances its freshness. Excellent when paired with pastries, also try with mature cheeses or simply on fresh fruit salads. It also proves to be a fundamental ingredient for enriching fruit cocktails.
