Deep ruby red color with very complex aroma ( tomato leaves, cinnamon, passion fruit, lime).
Very smooth on mouth with fine tannins. Full of black fruit (Black currant, Blackberry) with a bit pepper and licorice flavour will be slowly seep out. 
Paired with spaghetti (tomato sauce base), roast meat, duck, barbecue, cold cuts and goat cheese.
